Crock Pot Black Pepper Ribs| Fridge Recipe
The hubby was shocked when we were going through the grocery store one day and I told him that I had never eaten ribs. He knew of my aversion to chicken wings (I am always afraid I will choke on a bone, crazy, I know) but I had neglected to mention that this dislike had also kept me from trying ribs. So he set about making me change my mind about them and with these Crock Pot Black Pepper Ribs he succeeded!
I will admit, I went into this meal with a lot of trepidation.. I was really worried that I would chip a tooth on a bone or something, I’m weird like that! I tried the meat right off the bone but after a few bites I started eating with a fork, they were delicious but just my luck something would happen and so I just gave up and forked them!
We made some Beer Battered Onion Rings to go along with these and those flavors were fantastic! The whole meal was delicious really. I can’t wait to make ribs again! (I will still eat them with a fork, I can’t help my nature!)
