  1. Place all ingredients in a food processor or a high powered blender and pulse until everything is combined.
  2. The nuts should be well combined and the mixture should start to clump together. You may need to stop every so often to scrape down the sides. It will be soft and sticky once it’s ready and you should form into balls fairly easily.
  3. Lay the clumpy mix down onto a non stick surface. I used a piece of parchment paper. Bring a small amount into your hands and start to form into balls.
