  1. Stack the tortillas and cut them in half with a knife. Using your hands or a brush coat each side with a smidge of oil. Re-stack them as you do this.
  2. Cut the remaining halves into quarters so that you have 8 small pieces per tortilla. Space them out on a couple of baking trays, toss salt and cumin on both sides and pop in the oven for 12-15 minutes.
  3. Check up on them at 12 minutes or so to see how they’re doing.

  5. Dont over salt or spice. You want the coat to be on the light side. The flavor will naturally soak in.
