  1. Keep your leftover mashed potatoes nice and cool. Ball them up into bite sized balls and set aside.
  2. When your done balling the potatoes, drop them in a bowl with your beaten egg and 1 tbsp of water
  3. Roll the balls around in your bread crumbs until you get a nice even layer, set aside and keep them cool.
  4. When you’re done with all of them, fry them up in a pan of oil until golden brown.
  5. Serve while warm!
Recipe Notes

If you want more flavor, or want to get creative try putting a small cube of cheese in the center of the potato ball. To get it in the center flatten the potatoes like pancake and place it in the center, then wrap the potatoes around the cheese and presto!
