This is a simple recipe your should be able to make with the basic stock in your pantry/fridge. It will make two large loaves of bread, so if you’re looking for less than that you’ll have to halve the recipe. Although, if you plan on making another loaf within a few days of baking the first one you can always freeze the leftover dough from this recipe and bake it in a few days. Just make sure you defrost it on the counter until it’s soft before baking the second loaf. I’ve done this many times and I generally pull out the dough in the morning and by the time I get home from work the dough is defrosted and ready to be baked for dinner.
