  1. Shred 1 small carrot with a vegetable peeler or a knife.
  2. Add everything to a blender and pulse until combined.
  3. It’ll start to clump together and begin to form together. The mix will be soft and you’ll easily be able to form them into balls.
  4. I like to lay mine out on parchment paper, but you can use any kind of non stick surface you desire. Then form into small balls. Freeze for two hours before eating or transferring to the fridge.
