Bacon Big Bear | Fridge Recipe
Bacon Big Bear, it has eggs, potatoes, and bacon in it. What more could you want from a breakfast food? That’s right more bacon!
Seriously though, this is an amazing breakfast food that will soothe any hangover or hunger pangs that you may have. It’s loaded with starch from the potatoes, and protein from the eggs and bacon. Bacon Big Bear will jump start your morning in the form of a delicious breakfast. It is simple to make and you can easily combine all the ingredients to make one great mixture. I would suggest that you invest in a large pan for this recipe for instance if you’re cooking for four people you may need a pan like 12-Inch Frying Pan in order to keep everything in the pan and not on the stove top. Though if you are only cooking for two people I would highly suggest getting a Cast Iron Skillet, they lock in the flavors quite well and your breakfast will only get better and better the more you make it.
For this recipe, we combine the potatoes and bacon until they are nearly done cooking. Then put the eggs in the mixture and cook until they are finished, now we leave most of the bacon grease in the pan so the potatoes and eggs can soak them up. This may sound a little gross at first but try it, it’s the cure for a hangover.
