Not many smoothie recipes call for raw nuts to be mixed in, but this one does. The raw cashews do add a nice and healthy alternative to omitting them. For this recipe I would recommend using the Nutri Ninja it’s really an amazing little blender and perfect for making smoothies like this. Blend the ingredients together and pretend this is a yogurt with toppings rather than just another smoothie. Add some cashews so you get the extra natural protein in your shake.

Ingredients
- 2.5 whole bananas plus half for toppings
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1 tablespoon cocao powder
- 1 handfull cashews
- 1-2 tsp hulled hemp seeds
- 2-3 tablespoons water

- Blend two and a half bananas, almond milk and Cocao powder in a food process or nutri-bullet until well combined.
- Cut the remaining banana half length wise and place in bowl with banana ice cream (aka: "nicecream"), cashews, hemp hearts and any other toppings your heart desires.
